First of all, there are technical barriers to the spin-thinning technology. Only the cup body is straight and has no inclination. Once the inner tank of the water cup has an abnormal shape or an inclination, the spin-thin process cannot be realized.

Secondly, the spin thinning process is an improvement process for the obvious laser welding lines on the inner wall of the water cup caused by the tube drawing process. This does not mean that the quality of the water cup using the spin thinning process will become better. This is not necessarily related to the quality.

Finally, since the spin-thinning technology is mostly used on stainless steel water cups, the original wall thickness will inevitably become thinner after the laser welding wire is spin-thinned. If the wall thickness itself is not thick and the spin-thinning technology is used, it will be at least slightly As a result, the water cup will be deformed due to the thinner wall thickness, and in severe cases, it will directly cause the welding wire to break. The water cup will indeed become lighter after using the thinning process. This is also caused by the thinning of the wall thickness. The impact resistance of such a water cup will become worse, and it is easy to cause damage and deformation of the water cup.
