From a brief explanation of the process, we discovered some differences between the two processes. Mirror polishing requires repeated polishing manually or with machine equipment, so the labor cost is high, the processing cycle is long, and the production efficiency is low. At the same time, it is processed repeatedly through physical means. The result of product polishing will be different and cannot be completely consistent.

Since mirror electrolysis achieves the final effect through chemical action, the natural processing cycle is short and the production efficiency is high. At the same time, standard time and process requirements can be formulated for the electrolysis process, so that the finished products are consistent for large quantities. However, since it is done using electrolyte, the high acidity of the electrolyte is harmful to the human body, so the surface of the electrolyzed product will be considered unhealthy by some markets and contain harmful substances.

Mirror polishing has a short service life and the inner wall surface will turn black over time; mirror electrolysis has a long service life and can maintain brightness for a long time.

Under the same bulk goods standards, mirror polishing has high processing costs and a high defective product rate; mirror electrolysis has low processing costs and a low defective product rate.
